I led the team that tackled the challenge of overhauling the client’s Employee Value Proposition and internal employee portal. In aligning with the client’s empowerment strategy, we undertook a comprehensive restructuring of the information architecture to ensure a user-centric approach. By developing a hierarchical system that resonated with employees' language and needs, we created a clear pathway for different personas to access relevant resources based on their roles and goals. Through thoughtful research, careful development of wireframes, and strategic design choices, we facilitated easy navigation, quick access to resources, and a visually cohesive experience. The utilization of modern technologies like CSS3 Animations, SVG graphics, and Bootstrap in our front-end development further enhanced the portal's functionality, ensuring a seamless and modular user interface within the Sharepoint environment.
