Nationwide, there are more cyber positions open than there are people with the relevant skills to fill them. My team's challenge was to design an actionable brand and recruitment marketing campaign that would raise awareness, amplify excitement, and increase engagement with the client's Cyber University, thus expanding the talent pool and increasing the number of accredited and certified cyber employees. I led the discovery, persona development, campaign strategy, and content design, development, and production for this project. “Command & Control” was an integrated campaign that gave employees the codes to find resources that open new opportunities and refresh their career paths through simple, but powerful actions and shortcuts.
