Our research showed that senior associates were the frontlines of culture and the key conduit for creating extraordinary employee and client experiences. Like the drummer in a band, they set the rhythm and beat for energy, engagement, and performance. At the first-ever 2023 Senior Associate Summit, I helped Booz Allen connect with this important audience in a new way. Wow Out Loud turned it up to 11 for an audience of 1,400+ people. I was the ECD and team lead for this one-day event experience and tech expo produced at Capital One Hall in Tysons, VA. Special experience features included a tech expo, Klik badges and Bizzabo event app, 'WOWBILL,' collector's ticket stubs, scripted performances, and cold-open.
