Over the past nearly three years, I took on multiple roles including Program Lead for Booz Allen's multiyear culture activation and Future of Work strategy, leading the development of countless inventive, original, and resourceful industry-leading solutions. I quickly became the go-to expert in culture, flexibility, and exceptional hybrid work experiences, and in the process built a successful, integrated, and collaborative enterprise program structure and executive steering committee to expand and launch integrated workforce and workplace solutions. At the helm of the Culture Program’s leadership, and in close partnership with leaders across EO, we set a new standard of excellence for Booz Allen, as reflected in their record-breaking financial performance, remarkably consistent hiring and attrition numbers, and historically high (and still trending up!) employee experience scores, propelling Booz Allen into its one hundred and eleventh year young as the employer of choice.
